Site Engineer (Structure)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking to appoint capable individuals who will be responsible for setting out, levelling and surveying construction sites throughout the UK. Applicants must be competent using a range of surveying equipment and CAD products to provide accurate support to the site team. Duties will include the competent use of a theodolite and/or total station, providing detailed information on structural boundaries and where construction begins on site, alongside checking ground and excavation levels. Applicants will also be required to understand and advise on site plans, drawings and building information models alongside liaising with designers to ensure plans are accurate. Responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate site records to include pre-construction planning activities through to As Built surveys.

Criteria

• A fully qualified setting out/ site engineer with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Engineering experience with multi-storey RC frameworks
• Ability to carry out as built surveys
• Valid CSCS card
• Proficient with reading and understanding Autocad Construction Drawings
• Must be willing to travel throughout the UK

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £25,637.25 per year
