Role Overview & Responsibilities

Junior Data Analyst

An award-winning, SaaS transport technology business, head-quartered in the UK. Founded in 2000 as a 4th Party Logistics Provider (4PL), we rapidly expanded its transportation management (TMS) technology and is now one of only a few businesses that has a truly global product capable of supporting any transport operating model.

Your new role

You will support Carrier / Client reviews by managing master data from all functional data owners within the company and supply chain. You will also be recommending and implementing data cleansing processes to ensure that the master data remains accurate going forward. you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, including the central Carrier / Client Team, Transport Managers and Supply Chain. You will be required to deliver performance excellence through robust systems, quality and accurate data, analytics and best practice processes.

  • Microsoft Excel proficiency must be at Intermediate level with regular use of formulas to identify erroneous data, including data and conditional formatting functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Access, Outlook, Teams etc.)
  • Experience of process mapping and implication of process changes
  • Data auditing
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to understand short, medium and long-term priorities
  • An understanding of the Carrier industry would be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
