Role Overview & Responsibilities

Westwood Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Full Time, Night shift Healthcare Assistant on a Permanent basis.

The role:

• Caring for residents requiring support with general daily living
• Caring for residents with dementia

To be a successful candidate for the role of Healthcare Assistant you will need:

• Minimum 6-12 months experience working in Healthcare in the UK
• Be comfortable and used to manual handling
• Work on your own initiative, independently and as part of a team
• Live in a commutable distance from Hindhead, Surrey or willing to relocate (at your own cost)
• Be able to interact at all levels of the organization and deal with patients in a sensitive and professional manner
• Possess good reporting skills to both staff and families
• Be cheerful and outgoing, with an empathic attitude when dealing with residents

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
