Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help manage the day-to-day operations of our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely manner, and helping to maintain a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
• Provide guidance and support to employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
• Analyse financial data to identify areas of improvement.
• Develop and implement new procedures and processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify training needs and develop training plans for employees.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

• Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
• Management: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
