Mechanical Site Supervisor, Commercial

My client who is a leader within the Construction Industry has a Key Requirement for a Mechanical Site Supervisor based out of their Newcastle office.

Working on site manage schemes across various sectors including Healthcare, Education, Fit Out and Commercial across the North.

£45000 to £55000 DOE + package.

Employed from Newcastle Office, must be willing to travel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years Trade based experience and associated qualifications.
• Capable of managing and leading operatives to successful completion of projects.
• SSSTS or equivalent.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Managing and Supervising multiple trade packages and operatives
• Carry out progress reviews and reports
• Represent the client in progress and co-ordination meetings
• Procurement of plant and materials in line with specification, drawings and cost plan.
• Manage commissioning process and handover to client.
