Greenspace Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our client is one of the largest property services clients in the Northwest.

Due to an influx in workload they are looking for a Greenspace operative to do maintenance work on tenanted social housing properties based around Warrington and St. Helens.

Job role
Carry out general grounds maintenance duties such grass cutting, shrub border maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience as a green space operative within the social housing sector is essential.
• Experience operating machinery such as hedge-cutters, strimmers, ride on and/or pedestrian mowers.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable
