Joiner - Reactive & Void Maintenance

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Due to continued company success we are looking to bring joiners on for Reactive and Void maintenance.

Ideally the individual will be familiar with local authority and housing association type client and work and have a background and some experience in reactive and void repair works.

Salary: From £16.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Galashiels: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Routine maintenance & Void work: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (preferred)
