Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking a Deputy Manager to join a supported living service based in Bedford, the salary starts at £24,000 depending on experience. There re some fantastic benefits, training scheme and opportunities for career development.

You will work closely with the Manager of the supported living service to oversee the smooth running and delivery of personalised services. You will be working closely with the people we support, their families and both internal and external specialist services. You’ll actively promote the company and develop links with the local community.

You’ll need to have had at least two years’ experience working with people who have a learning disability and/or autism. You need to be someone with experience of leading, motivating and inspiring a team, so this role may well be a good fit if you are already a senior support worker/ team leader, or have other similar leadership skills.

You must be a driver with your own transport.
