We have a range of excellent opportunities for Support Workers in Farringdon.

We are looking for support workers for residential settings in Henley and the surrounding areas. This role involves providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities, including support with activities, outings and all aspects of the daily routine.

This is a great role, with real variety and a great sense of reward. Key aspects of the role include helping the clients to maximise their potential and to live as independently as possible, whilst supporting them to give them the best quality of life.

This includes building great relationships with the clients and encouraging them to build in their own confidence to do more for themselves.

Candidates should have experience of a minimum of 6 months in any related care field and certificated social care training.
