The Role – to deliver an exceptional standard of service and memorable guest experience.

You will be responsible for ensuring that guests get the correct food and drinks to the highest possible standard in a comfortable time frame. You will need to work seamlessly under pressure and maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times. Maintaining the environment to the highest level always, never idle hands, always something to do!

· Passion for drinks, food and hospitality

· Proactive approach to your work

· Flexible - able to attend various shift patterns (morning/afternoon/evening/ weekends/ bank holidays)

· Reliable, punctual, willing to learn and having a positive attitude
