Cobalt are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant working with a boutique Residential Property Management company who are going through a significant period of growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a reputable and knowledgeable business, while supporting an extremely successful Property Manager.

Day-to-day duties:

  • Providing high level support to the Property Manager, acting as the liaison between themselves and supporting teams

  • Scheduling appointments and handling complex diary management to ensure efficiency

  • Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters

  • Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks

  • Provide supportive administration and coordination with property related functions

  • Dealing with invoices, balances, and client communications

  • Streamlining and implementing processes where needed

Personal Specification:

  • Experience in the property industry, block management would be ideal but not necessary

  • Outstanding organisational skills, with natural affinity for providing structure and supporting executives

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Highly equipped in managing schedules and prioritising

  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written and excellent use of grammar

  • Adaptable and flexible to a boutique business

Hours of work : Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm - Friday - 9.00am - 1.30pm (In the office 5 days a week)
