With three Residential Care Homes, a Step-Down Nursing Unit, a Domiciliary Care Service and a Healthcare Agency, Coast Care are committed to improving the quality of life and creating positive outcomes for all those we care for.

We are looking for both Day & Night Care Assistants at our Care Home in St Leonards on Sea. No previous experience is necessary as we provide all our own in house training through a comprehensive induction programme. Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate willingness to work as part of a team and have a passion for helping others.

The Role:

• Assist and support residents throughout day and night to meet their care needs
• Follow guidance and instruction from Managers and Team Leaders
• Ensure care delivery is in line with current care plans and individual wishes
• Monitor the wellbeing of clients throughout every shift and act and report any concerns that may arise

• Pay - £10.42ph (depending on experience)
• Contract Type - Permanent
• Shift Pattern - 12hr shifts, 2-4 shifts a week (Including some weekend work)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-48 per week
