Role Overview & Responsibilities

CM Factors Ltd are looking to employ a Branch Manager for the overall running of our motor factor's in Bontddu Nr Dolgellau.

You must be a motivated, organised and level headed individual, be able to work under pressure, have excellent people and telephone skills and have a mindset for business development.

You will preferably need to come from an automotive or engineering background ideally with motor factors management experience and be able to lead a competent team of staff.

Main responsibilities will include -

Customer retention

Stock control

Monitoring varies performance levels

Staff holidays

Ensuring smooth running of the branch

Van maintenance
