Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and upgrades.
• Assist with system backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Keep up-to-date documentation of IT assets, software licenses, and user requests.

Requirements:

• A passion for technology and a desire to pursue a career in IT/Telecoms.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think analytically.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications are a plus.

Salary: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
