Role Overview & Responsibilities

POSITION: Loading Supervisor

BASED AT KINGSWAY

We are looking to recruit a Loading Supervisor for our Kingsway sites, you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations team. A proactive individual with attention to detail, you will be arranging collections for all DTS & DTC collections from K40 & K75 sites. This is a permanent position working from

Monday to Friday 08.00am –16.30pm**. Total 40 hours per week.

** Some overtime required to fulfil late collections

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

· Proven capability in managing small teams.

· Knowledge of any warehouse management systems & IT applications.

· Proven ability to adapt & change dependent on business requirements.

· Strong planning, organisational and prioritising skills.

· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company.

· Demonstrate ability to drive and sustain loading compliance standards

· You must be computer literate with good numeracy skills

Examples of Key tasks include

· Liaising with pick areas for all delivery data

· Working on Dunelm’s storesmart portal to arrange loads & labels for collections

· Arranging daily collection times with Dunelm’s transport planning team

· Ensure that all loads are 100% delivery compliant

· Completion of drivers’ documentation to ensure loads are checked and signed for

· Daily reporting of all collections & feedback of failed loads to Dunelm’s compliance team

· Operating machinery and equipment provided to carry out the duties of the post (training will be given)

· Completion and distribution of all relevant documentation and forward to internal departments to ensure effective recording of company procedures are carried out.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.20 per hour
