Arcade/ Bowling Attendant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for confident, hard working individuals to join our team of arcade and bowling attendants.

The role involves dealing directly with customers addressing their needs, ensuring the arcade is run effectively alongside the duty supervisor. Cleaning the machine and refilling tickets as well as dealing with any enquiries and concerns from customers. As a bowling attendant your duties will include, asnwering the phone for any bookings or enquiries regarding the company, as well as dealing with customers face to face, booking bowling, parties and setting up the lanes. Cleaning the lanes after each booking to ensure every lane is ready for the next customer. The position includes working evenings and weekends, with availability during holidays and bank holidays.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience in customer service and working with directly with the public, arcade or bowling experience would be desirable but not essential.

Salary: £7.18-£11.00 per hour
