ABOUT CIULLO’S

We are opening Ciullo’s a family operated Italian delicatessen, coffee shop and wine bar. Originating from Puglia we are excited to open our first delicatessen location in Kensal Rise, London. We will provide fresh, handmade pasta, meats, cheeses, antipasti and many more products — all imported from Italy! Guests can enjoy our Italian sandwiches, meats and cheese not to mention wine in our shop or take away the ingredients from our deli to recreate an Italian meal at home

ABOUT THE ROLE: PASTA CHEF/DELI ASSISTANT

This role comprises of two parts. Firstly as a pasta chef you will be preparing and cooking a variety of pasta dishes creating classical Italian food. As a Deli Assistant you will be assisting with the smooth running of the of the deli counter, replenishing stock and ensuring adequate inventory levels. With a high standard of customer service you will be confident in talking to customers, taking orders, answering questions and making recommendations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working alongside the head chef to create modern, classical, Italian food and small plates. with freshness key, seasonal and frequently changing menu.
• Preparing produce for display and ensuring it is attractively presented.
• Packing products for customers, including weighing and labelling items.
• Maintaining high hygiene standards, including cleaning and sanitising surfaces and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £30,000.00 per year
