We are excited to announce that we are actively seeking to recruit a Senior Advice line Assessor to join our thriving charity within County Durham. If you:

  • Have excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • The ability to use sensitive listening skills to provide support and manage individuals in their daily tasks.
  • Providing supervisor/senior adviser support to the Multi-Channel Advice Services Manager and the wider team.
  • Can manage your time effectively with a keen eye for detail and aim to support a team of advisers to achieve relevant targets and meet contractual commitments
  • Willingness to develop own skills in a supervisory role, completing various training and tasks to the highest standard
  • Ability to monitor and maintain your own standards and those if advisers ensuring work is accurate and of the highest standards, meeting quality assessments and following QAA guidance.
  • Ability to deliver feedback either positive and/or developmental to advisers and the wider organisation as and when needed.
