Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Electrical contractor to help us support our clients throughout Manchester. We are responsible for circa 4,000 tenanted properties in London.

Our work is both reactive and proactive and includes landlords' safety certificates.

Our work includes but is not limited to:

- Electrical call outs

- Electrical fault finding

- Electrical installation

- Kitchens and bathroom installations

- EICRs

You must have your own transport and have valid public liability insurance. You must be punctual, reliable and have good communication skills. You must be registered with NICEIC or equivalent.

You will control every aspect of your jobs supported by our highly experienced team. You will provide the quote for each job to us and have overall responsibility for getting the job done as agreed and to the standard agreed.

Salary: £60.00-£80.00 per hour
