We're looking for a successful real estate agent to join our team in our winning office. Our office is a tight-knit team of experienced agents who are passionate about selling and helping people find the best homes. Applicants must have a genuine interest in real estate, excellent communication skills and be proficient in the many technologies used to manage listings and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience as a successful real estate agent and enjoy working with people of all ages and income levels.

Responsibilities:

• Determine the optimal price for a property based on market conditions.
• Use information technology to update listings and market a property.
• Negotiate the best price possible for a property with potential buyers.
• Communicate with potential buyers and sellers of real estate in order to achieve the best possible outcome for both parties.
• Manage a team of realtors.
• Manage a real estate office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
