The vacancy

Cheltenham Borough Homes are looking for 2 Senior Multi Skilled Trade Operatives to repair and maintain domestic properties. Maintenance and repair tasks will include plumbing, plastering, joinery, painting, bricklaying, and roofing. Some larger works are undertaken which include kitchen fitting, installing fire rated doors to regulatory standards. You must have the ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload using your own initiative with an enthusiastic and positive outlook. You must also be able to communicate with our customers and manage your work day.

£30,435 per annum with annual increments to £32,021 per annum (Pay award pending)

Salary: £30,435.00-£32,021.00 per year
