Property inspection Coordinator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Chase Evans Residential is a well and fast growing estate agency with offices in London, Hong Kong, Singapore. Currently managing over 3'000 residential properties in London, we have a team of inspection specialist in London and we are currently looking for a coordinator to book inspection for the team and upload document. Other duties will include:

- organise and conduct weekly property inventory

- booking inspections for the team

- Managing the planification to make sur all mid term inspections are completed

- upload report onto the system

- confirm and generate invoice

This is an office based position with some mid term inspections to complete. The perfect candidate will have a great attention to details, good organisation skills and experience in booking and cancelling appointment in a high volume.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Experience:

• Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
