Grass Cutter/Ground maintenance

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Challenge-trg Recruitment are looking to recruit Grounds Maintenance staff to work in Brithdir (around New Tredegar)

This is a temporary seasonal position, working throughout the spring/ summer months.

It is essential that candidates have experience of using grass cutting equipment including:

• hedge trimmers
• petrol strimmers
• ride-on mowers
• basic grass cutting tools

Ideally candidate should have:

• Driving licence ideally Class 2 and trailer licence
• Trading certificates for compact and pedestrian mowers and a strimmer ticket

Candidates must also have their own means of transport as they will be required to travel to depots early in the morning before public transport begins.

The rate of pay £11.18

Days regular, full time ( Monday-Friday 7am - 4:30pm )

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £11.18 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Tredegar: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
