Contract type: Full Time, FTC 12 months

The role

Reporting to the Head of People you will be a forward thinking HR Business Partner who provide a first-class service to the organisation. To ensure the HR Strategy and it's underpinning operational deliverables are delivered across the business efficiently and that our stakeholders are engaged with.

This will include, but is not limited to management of employee relations, organisation change and OD activities, HR data, upskilling and coaching managers, organisational effectiveness and building future capabilities. When required you'll get to work with some inspirational stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the delivery of an effective, customer-friendly HR service.

Preferred experience:

  • Prior experience as an HR Business Partner, within the domiciliary care sector would be a bonus but not essential.
  • Experience of managing and driving HR initiatives in an extremely fast-paced, complex environment
  • High level influencing and communication skills
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law would be beneficial
  • Delivery focused, solutions orientated and determined with a collaborative and communicative working style
  • Practical, logical and pragmatic; able to solve problems quickly
  • Enthusiastic about being in an ever changing environment
