Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Liphook area.

You'll be providing care and support to 17 year old male with severe epilepsy and learning disabilities, whom requires 1-to-1 support during transport from home address to school, then school to home in the afternoon. Individual needs include:

  • Epilepsy
  • Learning difficulties
  • ADHD
  • Autism

Working hours:

8 hours in total per week, 2 days per week. 2 hour morning shift and 2 hour afternoon shift.

Days and times:

  • Wednesday 8:30am - 10:30am and 3pm - 5pm
  • Friday 8:30am - 10:30am and 3pm - 5pm
  • Potential for more hours to cover sickness and annual leave where required

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
