Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're looking for someone to join our (small) remote team to assist with day-to-day client communication tasks such as:

• General email handling
• Inviting clients to end-of-the-month report meetings
• Providing updates to clients based on recent changes to their account or performance
• Emailing clients to ask for required information, such as new images for use on ads
• Providing Loom updates to talk through key performance points (training on this would be provided)

This is a part time job for around 15 hours per week. Ideal for a marketing student, existing VA looking to add some hours etc. Some understanding of digital marketing would be ideal but not required.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
