At our stunning, state-of-the-art, luxury care home in Evesham, we're looking for a friendly and engaging Host to join our fabulous team at the award-winning Cavendish Park.

The day to day & your experience

• You’ll provide a friendly and welcoming service to all visitors to the Home and a personal approach to hospitality service to our residents.
• You will be responsible for the provision of a hostess service to each room, establishing each residents’ preferences and requests.
• You’ll develop an understanding of the allergy and/or dietary restrictions that may be in place for each resident and modify requests as appropriate and necessary, explaining fully and with the consent of the resident, the provision of a suitable alternative.
• You will be passionate to empower & support residents to achieve even the smallest of conquests through encouraging choice, independence & dignity.
• You’ll be highly organised with excellent attention to detail & a willingness to learn.
• You’ll be talented in building strong & fulfilling relationships with your Majesticare team, our residents, families, friends & the local community.
• As part of the role, you are likely to work every other weekend.
