Job description

• As a support worker at Cariad Care Services your responsibilities may include:
• Providing person centred, outcome based support for the elderly within their home setting.
• Ensuring clients privacy and dignity is maintained and respected .
• Supporting clients with personal care and support in daily life activities
• Maintaining and completing clients records within their home setting
• Supporting clients to access local community based activities
• Supporting clients between the hours of 7am and 10pm

We are looking for a candidates with these skills:

A full driving licence and access to their own vehicle

Active listening skills

Able to work independently and alone

Written and verbal communication skills
