Job Title: Facility Planner

Location: Solihull

Rate: £31.00 ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £23.59 ph PAYE

Employment Type: Contract (31.3.24)

Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week

Description:

Content would cover Original Vendor Schedules converted into a P6 database with full scope and logic linking of the activities. Often extensive tutoring required to develop a suitable schedule, extensive reviews throughout the project life. P6 schedules used to drive supplier and our client's progress. Cadence meetings schedules updated weekly or bi-weekly and issued to all schedules are baselined to allow performance measurement e.g. % of movement against planned time-lines.

P6 data drives production of regular progress (flash) reports, metrics for both engineers and management to provide overview of the current status and react to issues. Detailed P6 Shutdown schedules generated by Block or Area, used to drive shutdown progress during the shutdown period and reviewed in the same way as program cadence meetings.

• Production of Project Programme.
• Maintenance and Updates to Project Programme.
• Production of Shutdown Schedules.
• Maintenance and Updates to Shutdown Schedules.
• Critical Path Analysis of Project Schedule (CPM)
• Creation and maintenance of Dashboard Reports or Templates
• Support for scope changes to Project (Impact Assessments)
• Attendance of Project Meetings or Reviews.

Experience Required:

• Strong experience in planning role using planning software P6.

Experience Preferred:

• Primeveria Prince 2.
