Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Healthcare Assistant's duty is to ensure the comfort of our patients and clients. He/she will assist with daily routines such as feeding and bathing, provide companionship, and help with light housekeeping and laundry. Our ideal candidate for this position has an outgoing personality, a history of working well in a team environment, and enjoys working with people. The successful candidate will be helping our clients with daily living skills, providing companionship to those who need it and responding to requests for assistance when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine patient healthcare duties.
  • Communicate with patients, visitors, and families in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Loads and transports patients between facilities.
  • Maintain security and safety in the healthcare workplace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Contract length: 60 months

Salary: £10.90-£12.00 per hour
