Primary Teacher - Urgently Hiring

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work in Hertfordshire. We work with various schools ranging from small 1-form entry schools to more extensive 3-form entry.

We are looking for both day-to-day supply teachers and those looking for longer-term contracts. Supply teaching with CarePro Ltd offers regular and flexible work in your local area. We can offer CDP, excellent pay rates, and contracts for supply work.

Pay Rates: £30/hr to £35/hr

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with lead teachers, assistant teachers, and school administrators to ensure students are safe.
• Promoting in-class engagement and good behaviour.
• Proctoring examinations and quizzes.
• Assigning and collecting assignments and keeping them organised for when the permanent teacher returns.
• Leading lessons using presentations, textbooks, and other materials.
• Following lesson plans from the permanent teacher.
• Helping teachers with the preparation of learning activities and creating appropriate materials.
• Proctoring examinations and quizzes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of at least 1 year as a qualified teacher is essential.
• No career gaps for more than 3-4 months.
• Must hold QTS.
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
• Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to process one.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 references and cover the last 2 years of employment.
• Someone who is flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated to do well each day.
