BASED IN EAST SURRE( REDHILL, BANSTEAD , HORLEY, CATERHAM AND SORROUNDING AREAS)

SURREY HEATH AREA ( CAMBERLEY )

Position: Permanent

This role involves supporting people with everyday tasks such as:

• All aspect of personal care
• Medication administration
• Assistance with eating and drinking
• Rehabilitation activities
• Escorts to medical appointments, shopping and social clubs.
• Using of aids and other equipment
