Role Overview & Responsibilities

Personal Care Assistants' duties include mobility support, assisting with maintaining personal hygiene by bathing, brushing their hair and teeth or applying skincare. In addition, they may be responsible for housekeeping duties such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes and dishes and running errands.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chelmsford, CM1 1JR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Care home: 1 year (preferred)
• Home care: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
