Role Overview & Responsibilities

Weekdays only - no bank holidays.

16 hours a week – 08:55 – 10.30 am and 3.00 pm – 4.30pm each day Monday – Friday

Care Dorset is looking for a diligent and enthusiastic Passenger Assistant to support adults to attend Bridport Connect, a busy day service for in Bridport.

Your role will be to ensure client's pastoral care needs are met, working alongside a designated driver.

The preferred candidate will have experience of supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs. Effective communication skills are essential, in order to accurately convey information between clients' day service and home settings.

This is a permanent position of 16 hours per week. Hours to be worked between Monday to Friday (typical hours 08:00-10:00 and 15:00-17:00).

As you will be working with vulnerable adults and/or have access to significant information about them if you are successful, you will be required to undergo a DBS check. This role is UK based and we will need to establish your Right to Work as part of the appointment process.

Salary: £10.60 per hour
