Area Manager - Contract Catering

Carbon60 are looking to recruit an Area Catering Manager to join a National Contract Catering company looking after a portfolio of Primary and High Schools in the Bristol Area. This is a great opportunity to join a company with excellent job security and progression opportunities and benefits.

Location: Bristol

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus company vehicle and bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours

The Role:

• Support the Senior Operations Manager across the area.
• Provide on site support and training to school sites.
• Ensure policy compliance on site and escalate any issues.
• Develop and ensure high focus on employee safety and positive client relations.
• Conduct site service evaluations, creating action plans for implemented changes requires.
• Establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels in the company and client site.
• To implement and maintain statutory and company standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
• Provide on site pro-active craft and gross margin training to minimise wastage and maximise profit.

The Successful Candidate:

• Catering Background and qualifications
• Experience of contract catering
• Experienced in managing and preferably managing remotely.
