Project Site Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Car Charged UK have a new opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual as a Project Supervisor (Builder’s work/Civils). The individual needs to be organised and be able to follow construction drawings and instructions correctly to pass information on to an installation team of mixed trades. The individual will be expected to take the responsibility of the specific jobs and ensure that deadlines and timelines are being met to prevent delays. The individual may need to be forward thinking to prevent/overcome issues that arise onsite.

Requirements

Good Knowledge of Civils / Groundworks/Builder’s work

Experience of civils/ Groundworks/Builder’s work

Good timekeeping

Excellent communication skills

Understand construction drawings.

CSCS Card

Preferable but not required.

Experience being a site supervisor in construction industry.

Experience in groundworks for EV Chargers infrastructure.

CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)

Responsibilities

Managing the workflow of the team by assigning Tasks

Supporting Staff

Monitoring Results and site audit

Reporting to Senior Management

Briefing the team

Maintaining Health and Safety Standard

Training, site induction and toolbox talk of Staff.

Implementing deadlines

Ensuring the Quality standards are upheld.

Complete Site Inductions / Toolbox Talks

Follow company Policies.

Follow construction drawings.

Salary: Up to £20.50 per hour
