Transport Planning Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Main Duties Include

• Assisting with the preparation of Transport Assessments/Statements;
• Assisting with the preparation of Travel Plans, Delivery and Servicing Plans, Construction Logistics Plans, etc;
• Managing company social media pages.

Education & Skill

• Degree in relevant subject (Planning, Transport, Engineering or Geography, History, English) equivalent qualifications;

Technical Skills

• Use of Microsoft Office software packages;
• Knowledge of Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, FB, etc)

• Confident writing and verbal communication skills;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated with ability to manage own workload;
• Approachable and professional manner;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to work proactively and use initiative.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 18 per week

Salary: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
