Circa £31,000/annum - Plus excellent bonus scheme

Store opening hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, until 7pm on a Thursday, and Sunday we are open 10.00am – 1.00pm only.

Management work 37 ½ hours on a two-week rota basis having either a Friday and Saturday off or a Saturday and Sunday off. Thursday evenings are alternated.

What are we looking for?

An exceptional store manager with strong retail, or similar management experience to join our team at Dagenham.

Our ideal candidate will have:

· A passion to develop and succeed.

· Stock management, including hands on replenishment, stock counts and booking in experience.

· Previous management experience of a small team.

· An interest & desire to learn about new hair, nail & beauty products.

· A full driving license (essential)

On a day to day basis, you will assist the manager in all aspects of their role; this includes covering the store in their absence, providing support in the supervision of 7 key staff within the team, adding a valuable contribution towards achieving sales & profit targets & delivering on the Company vision “every customer will recommend us”.
