Job description

We are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled, experienced and qualified Head of HR Operations who will ensure the effective and efficient management of the HR operation services to our College Group.

The successful candidate will be experienced in managing a delivery team and be able to demonstrate success in this area in previous roles with a keen eye for detail and problem solving Ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals at all levels. Key to success in this role will be the ability to develop positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
