Role Overview & Responsibilities

Caffe Ideas Ltd is looking for talented and ambitious customer-focused baristas to work across our Birmingham locations - Espresso Station in the bustling and historic Moor St. Station, Espresso Quarter in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter and on matchdays at Espresso Football at Villa Park.

You will be our first point of contact for our customers so you must be charismatic, have initiative and be well presented.

We do offer in house training, though you will ideally have experience in either hospitality or customer service.

Excellent Barista skills are a bonus.

Salary: £7.00-£9.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
