Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Real Estate Analystto join our fast paced, growing and dynamic business.

The Role will cover all aspects related to transactions or new business including:

• Researching and analyzing new business opportunities and producing clear summaries to enable decision making
• Designing, amending and updating models (ranging in complexity) for transactions and other business needs;
• Creation of transaction models based on standard template models
• Performing sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Building ad hoc DCF models (single asset or portfolio)
• Involvement in review process – performing formula and analytical review on the integrity of internal models
• Supporting commercial negotiations:
• Due Diligence including liaison with advisors
• Data Room evaluations
• Wider Geographical and Economic review which would impact on the deal
• Support Debt refinancing & equity investment initiatives
• Attending project meetings

REAL ESTATE ANALYST - SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Two to three years of experience working in real estate finance, investment management or investment banking
• Good understanding of Debt and Equity Modelling
• Can build Investment and Development appraisal
• Mandarin speaking is a plus
• Ability to work with Property Professionals
• Ability to work under own stream
• Good presentation skills
• Proven ability of working under pressure
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
