Burton Albion are looking to recruit a part-time HR Administrator to work closely with the Directors in providing a full range of HR administration. We are seeking a confident and effective communicator with experience of working in administration, to be the first point of contact for staff in all matters relating to HR, recruitment practice, and responding to individual queries. The role will be based on part-time hours to be mutually agreed, with some flexibility in the working hours.

Applicants must have experience within an HR environment to oversee the relevant HR processes and policies, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment together with exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail. To ensure procedures are carried out with diligence, accuracy and discretion to ensure effective practices, ensuring compliance and consistency with internal processes and include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and updating internal databases.

Candidates must be friendly and approachable, have excellent interaction skills, and possess a high level of dedication, commitment and confidentiality, and be able to work calmly under pressure.
