Sales Support Progress Chaser

The role.

We are looking for a Sales Support/ Progress Chaser to join our team at our Toyota dealership in Sheffield on Penistone Road.

What are the day to day duties?

Working as part of a close knit team, you will be responsible for taking customer orders and liaising with workshop and valet departments to progress their car through the preparation process ensuring all work agreed on the order form is completed prior to handover. Arranging for part exchanges to be prepared for retail or trade in a timely manner. Loading trade cars onto Dealer Auction and managing collections once sold. Progressing retail part exchanges through cosmetic and mechanical repairs and valeting. Photographing and videoing retail cars as soon as they leave valet then loading them onto Modix. Daily price and advert quality checks on Auto Trader and updating key information and attention grabbers. The successful candidate will receive full training and the opportunity to work with one of the most dynamic and exciting brands.

What experience do you need?

You will have good quality sales experience, preferably from within a dealership environment. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction.

What qualifications or skills do you need?

You will be a friendly and organised person who enjoys meeting different people every day. You will be well presented with good communication skills. You will also have strong computer skills and will be able to embrace training from either a computer or a classroom experience. All applicants should have a full driving licence, valid in the UK with no disqualifications.
