Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Club requires an enthusiastic and experienced gym instructor with the capabilities to perform group exercise classes. We provide an excellent rate of pay. We are looking for the right candidate who can bring something different to our extensive class timetable and provide inductions, support and 1-2-1’s for our club members.Candidates should have minimum Level 2 qualification in Gym Instructing, although Level 3 is preferrable.We aim to offer the highest standards within our gym. We offer in depth inductions, regular reassessments and custom 1-2-1 training, all included within the membership package. The successful candidate should be able to manage their own diary of appointments, admin tasks and cleaning. Alongside this there is the opportunity to teach classes on our varied class timetable.Working hours include early mornings, late nights and weekends split over 5 days out of 7.
