Kennel and Cattery Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

This position is for 3 mornings per week and 4 hours Sat and 4 hours Sun. Must be able to work extra hours to cover holidays.

You must be able to drive and have a car due to our countryside location. The position will include the cleaning of the kennels and cattery to a high standard. Walking of dogs and keeping the dog field clean and tidy. No fair weather dog walkers please. You need to be fit, outgoing, with a friendly personality and be capable of handling all sizes of dogs. We are always busy all year round, usually full and we expect the candidate to be a team player with a genuine love of animals, we also have horses on site- if you can handle horses that's a . You must be confident and able to deal with customers in a helpful, friendly manner. The present staff have all been here over 10 years and it's a friendly, happy environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: From £10.50 per hour
