Role Overview & Responsibilities

Billing Team Administrator

London (Kensington) / Hybrid working (2 days in office)

£25,000 base salary + excellent benefits!

Permanent / 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview:

To provide an efficient, comprehensive and flexible service to all Hospital customers ensuring excellent standards of customer care are maintained at all times.

What you’ll do:

  • Billing for high volume of Cromwell Hospital patients and consultants

  • Checking invoices and posting to the Ledger

  • Raising requests for payment refunds

  • Managing billing queries from patients and doctors and other key stakeholders

  • Attending meetings with Billing Team Manager

  • Ad hoc administration

  • Documenting processes and identifying improvements

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent administration skills

  • Experienced with Excel, for example Pivot Tables and Formulas

  • Numerical and detail-orientated

  • Ability to process high volume of invoices

  • Good telephone manner and communication skills

  • Previous experience in billing or a Finance environment

  • Customer – focused mindset and team player
