Nationwide Installer - Outdoor Gym Equipment

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Broxap is a family owned engineering business based in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, established in 1946. We are market leaders in the design and manufacture of street furniture, shelters, covered walkways and playground equipment.

As part of Broxap, our outdoor fitness equipment division, Sunshine Gym, is looking to recruit a skilled and experienced team of Installers to professionally install its products nationally into schools, public spaces and other outdoor areas. With a good eye for detail, you will be competent in all aspects of installation, assembly, and finishing.

Travelling nationwide duties will include working on site, liaising with customers and contractors, setting out, and installing outdoor gym equipment.

Role Specifics:

• Carry out the safe, efficient installation and remedial work to specification of our outdoor gym equipment on sites throughout the UK.
• Be capable of working to a high standard to achieve a satisfactory installation which is right first time.
• Be familiar and competent in all aspects of site safety.
• Ensure Health & Safety regulations & safe working practices are adhered to.
• Accurately complete and return documentation.

Candidates must have good problem solving and communication skills, a flexible approach to working hours, be prepared to travel around the UK which may include overnight stays.

Experience in ground works is essential as is a full driving licence.

Working Arrangements:

• Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.30pm, flexibility on hours and overnight stays required
• 25 days’ holiday entitlement, plus 8 bank holidays

Salary: Up to £29,000.00 per year
