Role Overview & Responsibilities

One of South Devon`s leading Boutique Hotels with Bistro Restaurant requires an experienced Front of House person(s). This is a 'live in' role with a variety of duties including waiting, bar, barista, reception, open up and close up, so the successful applicant must have a proven track record in the majority of these disciplines. The job may appeal to one of a couple who wish to live in the staff accommodation together and there is an opportunity for the other person to take on another role at the Hotel. This job is located in one of Devon`s most popular seaside towns which has a growing 'Foodie' reputation so the successful person must also be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in quality food and drink as well as an understanding of the boutique hotel vibe.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £12.00 per hour
