Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a family-owned business, seeking a dynamic individual who will deliver exceptional standards.

Leo Leisure Eastleigh is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bingo Caller & General Assistant!

Main duties include being the Main Stage Caller during our bingo sessions, while promoting our events. Cash handling is also part of the candidates role. This is perfect for those confident on a microphone!

Other duties may include Bar & Kitchen Work and Floor Work.

Previous Experience of the Role and Bingo Knowledge is preferred but not essential as full training will be given to the right individual!

Hours are Part Time with Evening and Weekends included and the opportunity to gain additional hours to cover staff holidays.

The ideal team member will be

• 18 years or over (due to gambling legislation)
• Able to demonstrate their passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a friendly, fun place to work
• Comfortable with cash handling
• Being able to promote and call Bingo
• Comfortable in promoting products and services
• Experienced in a retail, hospitality, leisure or gaming environment
• Able to speak and write fluent English
• Able to display a good standard of Mathematics
• Fairly Flexible in terms of Hours.
• Confidently being able to use the Microphone.

Your main duties will include:

• Providing customers with an exceptional level of service
• Calling Main Session & Parti Bingo
• Following guidance and procedures including strict legislation
• Promoting our Promotional Sessions & Events
• Emptying & Cashing Up Parti Trays
• Calling Linked Up Session of Main Stage & Parti Bingo
• Checking Claims and Paying Out Prizes.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.42 per hour
