Factory Operative
Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an operative you will be required to:
- Set up & operate machinery and associated equipment.
- Maintain accurate record keeping, ensuring traceability.
- To observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity products
- Stop or reset machine when malfunctions occur. Clear jams, and report issues to lead ops and shift managers.
- Perform changeovers in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of the production line
The role is based within a multi beverage (alcohol and non-alcohol) production environment and previous knowledge and experience of working within this environment would be advantageous but not essential as training is provided.
The role will then move to a rolling 4 on 4 off shift pattern (between days and nights) of:
- 4 days on – 12 hours per shift
- 4 days off
- 4 days on – 12 hours per shift
- 4 days off
Salary payments will be made every 4 weeks and will be based on annual salary.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £29,236.00-£31,922.00 per year
